Counselling
Counselling sessions are aimed at exploring and navigating our internal worlds. This is a therapeutic process where together we can explore themes, patterns and behaviours that are showing up in your life.
The frame of reference here is compassion and curiosity, cultivating awareness to the multiple aspects of self, and how they contribute to our day to day experiences.
Perhaps you are dealing with grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, stagnation or “stuckness” and would like to explore these themes in a safe and supported space.
Nurturing and nourishing our internal worlds has a ripple effect, that branches out, impacting not only how we see ourselves, but also how we see others and the world in which we inhabit.
Counselling services provide an opportunity to delve deeper into ourselves, to uncover, discover and remember.
Sessions - $130 (50 minutes long) and can be done online or in person
1:1 coaching
My 1:1 coaching services are focused on creating alignment and clarity. In this container, we will explore the idea of the bridge; connecting the world of where you are right now and the world in which you would like to move towards.
What obstacles are in your way?
What is the source of the obstacles? - deep seated beliefs, conditioning and outdated versions of yourself.
Sometimes moving forward is not a linear process, we must first let go of the baggage that we have been carrying, and check the foundations of our structure.
My coaching services are aimed at those who have a specific goal that they would like to work towards. Together we work on creating the actionable steps required to achieve these specific goals.
This differs from counselling, as it is has singular focus; a direction in mind and this forms the basis of our work together.
This is conducted as an 8 week commitment, with weekly meetings taking place online or in-person.

ENERGETIC WORK
Chronic stress, fatigue and burnout are more commonplace than ever before. Our nervous systems spend more time in the Sympathetic state - “fight or flight”, than they do in Parasympathetic - “rest and digest”. The consequences of this are significant.
Energetic work - such as Reiki, which is a hands-on healing method, helps to support nervous system regulation and lower cortisol levels in the body. This can be a perfect way to re-calibrate after periods of stress; indicating that it is safe for the body to rest.
Think of this as a space for deep rest; a container for relaxation that revitalises the system. Think of it as an energetic massage; encompassing both mind and body. Reiki sessions are done in person and are 1 hour long.
Individual sessions - $88 (60 minutes sessions)
